Services Client Representation, Route Engineering and Fishing Liaison during Surveys

TeleSecure is able to provide experienced consultants as offshore client representatives when the following types of surveys are being undertaken:

• Geophysical
• Geotechnical
• Unexploded Ordnance (UXO)
• Environmental

Consultants will ensure that surveys are carried out in accordance with the contract and the scope of work.

All client representatives provided by TeleSecure have many years’ experience in route engineering and are able to modify survey routes for electricity and fibre optic cables in near real time to take into account the findings of the survey. This is especially important when trying to ensure that the specified depth of burial will be achievable.

At the end of the survey, consultants are available to ensure that the preliminary report is produced in accordance with the client’s specification and will ensure that any amendments requested are made before issue of the final report.

TeleSecure has many years’ experience of providing fishing liaison officers (FLOs) to ensure the following:

• All third party fishing related stakeholders are kept appraised of the progress of the project
• The survey corridor is kept clear where possible of static fishing equipment. This is normally in the vicinity of any landing points along the route
• Processing and approving claims from fishermen who have had to move static fishing gear to ensure that the survey corridor is kept clear
